These terms explain how ordering, custom designs, and delivery work at Crazy Cakes. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Ordering & custom cake services
Here’s what we offer—and how it works—so there are no surprises (except the fun kind).
Custom cake design
Tell us your theme, colors, and serving size. We’ll confirm feasibility, pricing, and timing before we bake.
Birthdays
From unicorns to superheroes—made to order. Typical starting price: $55.
Weddings
Consultation, design, and delivery options available. 3-tier wedding cake: $200.
Parties & events
Corporate events, baby showers, and celebrations—single cakes or dessert tables.
Allergen notes
We can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free kitchen. Please contact us before ordering.
Nationwide orders
Availability depends on date, destination, and cake style. We’ll confirm before accepting payment.
Monthly “Bake It” sessions
Kids learn baking basics and decorate their own creations. Spaces are limited—book early.

Terms (the important bits)
Plain-English answers to common questions. These terms apply to all website visitors and customers.
1) Orders & acceptance
An order is only accepted once we confirm details (design, date, delivery/pickup) and you receive an order confirmation from Crazy Cakes.
2) Pricing & payment
Prices depend on size, complexity, and delivery. Example prices: Unicorn Cake $55, Rainbow Cake $56, 3-tier Wedding Cake $200. Taxes/fees may apply. Payment is due as stated at checkout or on your invoice.
3) Custom designs & approvals
Custom cakes are handmade and may vary slightly from reference images. If you provide inspiration photos, you confirm you have the right to use them. We’ll confirm key design details in writing before production.
4) Cancellations, changes & refunds
Because cakes are made to order, cancellations or changes may be limited once production begins. If you need to change your order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case.
5) Delivery, pickup & risk
Pickup is available during our working hours (9am–5pm daily). For delivery, risk transfers to you upon successful delivery to the provided address. Please inspect your order at pickup/delivery and notify us immediately of any issues.
6) Website use & content
Website content (text, photos, branding) belongs to Crazy Cakes or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reuse it without permission. We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page.
